Terms & Conditions of Supply

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern all sales and services provided by Best Enterprise. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Specifications

• All products are sold subject to technical specifications agreed upon at the time of order
• Product descriptions and images are for reference only
• We reserve the right to make minor modifications to products without prior notice
• Custom specifications require written confirmation before production

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Payment Structure: 50% advance payment, balance before dispatch
• GST: All prices are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes
• Price Validity: Quotations valid for 30 days from issue date
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance)
• Late Payment: 2% monthly interest on overdue amounts

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability
• Risk of goods passes to buyer upon dispatch from our facility
• Delivery charges are additional unless specified otherwise
• Free delivery available on orders above ₹50,000 in select cities

5. Quality & Warranty

• All products carry manufacturer's standard warranty
• Warranty claims must be processed through authorized service centers
• We provide technical support for product selection and usage
• Quality certificates provided upon request

6. Claims & Returns

• Damage Claims: Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Shortage Claims: Report within 24 hours with delivery receipt
• Returns: Accepted only for manufacturing defects
• Custom Orders: Non-returnable unless defective

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied. We are not responsible for consequential damages, loss of profits, or indirect losses arising from product use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, and product information, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
